” As Harry Reider made his ways through the congressional halls of Hogwarts, he spotted his best friend Hermione Pelosi. “Hermione!” Harry cried out, “Wait for me.” It took Harry a few moments to reach Hermione as the liberal staircases are constantly changing positions at Hogwarts. When he reached her, he turned to make sure the great Wizard DumbleCain was not around to hear what he was up to.

“What is it, Harry?” Hermione Pelosi asked her nervous friend.

“It’s the Half-Black Prince, Hermione. He told everyone at the Great Hall convention that his mother was a white muggle and his grandparents were white muggles! How are we supposed to keep the reporters from the DAILY NBC PROPHET and the CNN QUIBBLER from pointing out he is not really the first Black Prince?”

Hermione thought for a moment. This was an interesting question. To her, however, the answer was simple. She wondered if Harry ever really did read his talking points lessons. “Harry, don’t be silly,” she started. “The reporters are on our side, remember? They will keep right on calling him the first Black Prince if we tell them to. They’ll just pretend they don’t notice his white muggle mother and white muggle grandparents.”

Back in his office, the Great Wizard DumbleCain was trying to figure out what was different about the speech the first Black Prince had given in the Great Hall Convention. He had noticed something, but could not put his wand on it. He turned to the pensive, immersed his face in the memory water and returned to the time when he viewed the speech. A moment later, he jerked his old, white-haired head out of the pool. He had it! The first Black Prince was no more black wizard than white muggle. This was no black wizard prince. He was in fact a half white muggle. The DAILY NBC PROPHET would have to tell people he was just as much white as black. DumbleCain smiled. He had what he needed now; a half-black wizard.

ConservativeAmerican.org believes Conservatives have to choose between not-so-good, sell-out and socialist this year when it comes to voting for President. Sorry for the bad news.

CHOICE # 1…The Democrat party has been taken over by the far left (note that the candidate is the most liberal senator in the US and his running mate is 3rd…behind only Teddy Kennedy). They no longer deserve the name “Democrat” and will more accurately be referred to as Democrat-Socialists by ConservativeAmerican.org. Have they given us a choice to vote for as conservatives?

YUCK! The first half-black all-socialist nominee of a major political party in the US is the worst of all choices for conservatives this year. Some will argue with me on that one. Some in our corner think we will need four years of the Obaminable Snowed-man (remember Carter?) to give us a true Conservative like Reagan again. That’s a great deal of suffering to endure to get our guy back in there. While I don’t subscribe to that theory personally, some conservatives are suggesting it. It is almost like Rush Limbaugh’s Operation Chaos in reverse, or in hyper-speed or something. Electing Obama to get what we want can’t be the right choice for us. We may get it anyway if the Democrat-Socialists are successful in running their campaign against Bush (even though last time I checked, he was not running!).

CHOICE # 2 - So, who’s left? The guy they invented the term RINO (Republican in name only) for? John Maverick Mccain? John Rodney-King McCain? John can’t-we-all-just-get-along McCain? John McCain-Feingold McCain? Please no. I had a bad dream that I woke up and he actually was the republican nominee for President. This guy has sold us out on more than one occassion and seems very willing to cast conservatives overboard to get what he wants. This is not our guy…

We’ll have to wait and see if his (have you noticed he seems to surround himself with attractive women? I guess guys with power, eh?) VP pick, Gov. Sarah Palin adds enough salt to the McCain food we are supposed to swallow to at least make it possible to cram it down our throats without spitting up. You gotta love a lady with 5 kids. Okay, so my wife has 5 kids too…I might have a slant on that one.

Are we just supposed to hope he will turn out to be great? Sort of plug your nose and vote for him with a rock-n-roll prayer; “Johnny Be Good!” No thanks. To me, there is not much difference between a RINO and a DINO (Democrat in name only). So let’s just merge the two. Let’s see, what kind of dinosaur do you get when you merge Lieberman and McCain? Let’s just go with calling them DRINO’s (pronounce it like “dry-nose”). ConservativeAmerican.org has no time for DRINO’s.

CHOICE # 3 - Dear God, please tell us there is another choice, Amen. So we got a bit excited when The TV district attorney got into the Presidential race as a conservative alternative. Too bad he didn’t get excited himself. Did his 20-something wife remember to wake him up and remind him he was a candidate? That didn’t work out so well for us.

People said (and still do) that Romney was/is a conservative. Gag. Not to us. No “I’ll be conservative when people are looking” candidates for us please. We can at least be thankful he is not McCain’s VP.

So who is left? This guy….

Is it just me or does his mustache make him look like a former German leader who tried to take over the world? Maybe it is just the black and white image. Maybe….nah. He’d sure have to lose the mustache.

“He” is former Republican Congressman Bob Barr. He is now the Libertarian party candidate for President. He is more conservative on many issues than the beloved DRINO, Johnny McCain. However, he doesn’t have a flying rat’s rear-end of a chance to win. So is “He” our best choice? Ask some of your friends if they know who Bob Barr is and you will get your answer; probably not.

CHOICE # 4 - There still is time for another choice right? … Right? ….Hello?

John McCain unveiled Gov. Sarah Palin as his VP pick today. Thank God we got a pro-life candidate. As much as I can’t stand McCain, you gotta hand it to him on this one.

Yesterday afternoon the media darlings were saying how dumb it was for McCain to announce his VP yesterday (they thought the announcement was coming then). They said his timing was awful. To the contrary, whoever is in charge of timing over there aced this one! First, right before the Obaminator takes the stage, they start leaking some hints that McCain has made his choice and maybe will announce it any minute. So, the cable newsers were forced to talk about him instead of the first half-black presidential nominee of a major party in US history. An hour or so later, McCain says no, he hasn’t decided. Then the media has to talk about him again. Later, some additional leaks; no one knows where Romney is, the Minnesota governor has cancelled all appearances, etc.

This morning we wake up, not to news about what a great orator the Obaminator is (and he is), but to news that it is not Romney (thank God for small favors) and not even the Governor of Minnesota. Some poor hourly reporter is stuck at an airport 30 miles from Dayton, Ohio watching for planes in the middle of the night when one shows up. A woman gets off the plane with two kids. Who can this be? Now the cable newsers and the morning show talking heads are all aflutter wondering if it can be Sarah Palin, the young, mother of five, governor of Alaska.

McCain’s people let that buzz around out there for a few hours before the final annoucement that it is indeed Palin. How did her husband and two other kids get there? What airport did they use? How come no reporter saw them?! Then again, who cares. This was an huge score for McCain against both Obama and the media. First, he stole the thunder away from the 80,000 fan rock star Obaminator and all his news coverage today. Second, he even got the media to talk about him last night when it was supposed to be Obama’s moment as the first half-black presidential nominee of a major party. Hats off to the McCain camp.

In the days to come we will learn more about Palin and we’ll see if she will satisfy those of us who identify ourselves as conservatives. For now, it seems to be a home run. He took away all of Hillary’s “I am Woman!” battle cry. For today, score one for the McCain camp. He’s still not my man, but he had a good day.

Obama quoted scripture last night in his acceptance speech and spoke of brotherly love and caring for your brother.  Of course he meant the “brotherhood” of mankind, but it was a very stupid choice of words.  Obama may love his all-black half-brother, who knows.  But he certainly has not taken to time to care for him or show that love.  His own brother lives in an awful shack.  Is Obama following what he is preaching?  No.  He also preached that it is not just the government’s role to provide change, but the people’s as well.  So start with yourself, buddy.  Look in the mirror.  Take care of the log in your own eye, before you start using your vision to judge others.  Make peace with your own brother.  Right the social wrong that you democrats love to moan about.  Reach out in with your own love and caring and take care of your own all-black half-brother.

This whole, “First black presidential nominee” thing is getting old too.  He is not the first black presidential nominee.  He is the first HALF-Black! The media just love this guy and make no mention of his first blackness being in contrast with the white mom he showed or the white grandparents he showed.  Also, why don’t they call him “the first half-African-American candidate?”  This will drive me nuts by the time the election comes around.

“Change” turned out to be more of the same from the tired strategies of the Democratic party last night.  Spend, spend, spend on new program after new program and even the promise for lower taxes for 95% of Americans.  Now, you don’t have to be a scientist to figure out you can’t spend billions on new programs, and cut taxes without huge cuts somewhere.  It’s clearly not possible.

Obama knows its not possible.  He also knows you say whatever you want to be elected President and then you can toss it all out the window after you win.  He has studied winning formulas from past elections.  He has the gift of being able to do a fantastic job of delivering a speech.   That will be  a strength for him as we move forward.  The Obaminators love him for that!

For Obama to win, he must do a great job in the debates.  Normally he is lousy without scripts, so it will be interesting to watch and see how he does.  He also has to keep Biden from making up stories for several months!  A tall task.

Thank goodness the Democrat National Convention is over now.  Obama can go back to Hawaii for another vacation (we can only hope).

Well, Hillary Clinton scored points for her own future career last night.  She was very kind in endorsing Barack Hussein Obama and generally said what she had to and then left.

She had some good lines that could be used to hurt McCain.  The best was, “We borrow money from the Chinese to give to the Saudi’s to buy oil.”  No one wants to borrow money from the Chinese communists.  No one wants to give money to the Saudi terrorists.  And all her friends from Ferngully hate oil.  The line could be framed and used in ads against McCain.  I’m not at all saying I agree with her, just that it was a good line. 

You don’t have to look to hard to find the Clinton’s in bed (sorry, bad choice of words) with the Chinese.  And, her own hubby was also in charge when we were buying oil from the House of Saud.  So it is cute that she suddenly doesn’t like the Chinese or oil from the Saudis.

Her “No way. No How. No McCain,” was catchy too.  However it can be flipped and works better with the last name Obama.  “No way. No How. NObama.”

Unfortunately her talk tells us she is not going away soon.  We’ll have at least 4 more years of Bill’s smug looks.  I about puked watching him last night. Did you see him grab the two people next to him and lift them up physically as he said “Stand up now. Stand up!” His reactions were as fake as Hillary’s “support” of Obama.  Enough about him.

Heard a new one this morning; PUMA’s.  These apparently are people at the Democrat National Convention who are not pleased Obama is the presumed nominee.  The PUMA stands for “Public Unity My A**.” While it’s funny, you will likely be able to say the same thing about John McCain and the republicans next week.  Conservatives like ConservativeAmerican.org are not happy with him and are not interested in unity with the Republicans and DRINO’s (Democrats and Republicans in name only) like McCain.

Can we hope for a day or two that perhaps HIllary Clinton will add some spice and sport to this convention?  Could she, would she try to still gain the nomination?  Can she somehow rally supporters and convince the Obamanites that he can’t win?  Or will she just make it more boring and offer a fake cheer for Obama?  Sure would be more fun if she raises a bit of being married to Bill (Hell) at the convention.  Let’s hope!

This is not the year of unity for either party.  It is the year of Rodney King!  We have two sides in each party with strong feelings.  And, we have some idiot (Rodney) in the middle who works in marketing and wants to portray a unified party.  What happened to the fireworks that made the conventions fun?

It’s a big yawner so far.

It’s about time.  Finally at least a few of the Archbishops of the Roman Catholic Church are showing a small amount of backbone and speaking up to defend the Church.  Fox news’s Bill Sammon reports that Pelosi told Tom Brokaw of NBC that “the doctors of the church have not been able to make that definition and that St. Augustine said (life begins) at three months.” However, Archbishop Donald Wuerl of Washington says she’s wrong. Fox quotes him as saying, “The current teaching of the Catholic Church on human life and abortion is the same as it was 2,000 years ago. From the beginning the Catholic Church has respected the dignity of all human life from the moment of conception to natural death.”

Joe Biden is not winning points with conservative Catholics either.  As a pro-choice democrat, Denver Archbishop Charles Chaput has told him to forget about taking Holy Communion at Mass. 

So whoopee, 2 bishops in the USA stand up for the Church and its members who believe its teachings.  When Kerry ran, 10 bishops stood up to them.  Where in the world are the other bishops?

Unfortunately the Catholic Church has not only pro-choice members, but pro-choice priests and perhaps even bishops, though I know of none.

Boy the mainstream media love this Barack Obama guy.  They decided to annoint him at the John Kerry DNC Convention.  Since then his name has been tossed around as possibly the first black presidential nominee.  Now that he is the presumed nominee (does HIllary have anything up her sleeves this week?), there will be a huge deal made this week of his blackness.

Let me ask a simple question.  He’s just as much white as he is black.  Who decided he was the first black presidential nominee?  Don’t you have to be black to claim that title?  Wouldn’t people in the black community want someone all the way black to be the first “black” presidential nominee?  I guess half way is better than nothing at all?  If he is half black and half white, why is he always referred to as a black candidate?  Is the half that is black bigger than the half that is white? Did he get to decide in Kindergarten when he chose to grow up and be president that he was all of the sudden more black than white? 

Why isn’t he referred to as partially black? How about half-black? Or “part minority?” I’d like to call him a half-black half-a**ed candidate, but that’s not nice, I suppose.  I don’t know, come up with something accurate to call him!  I just don’t understand how he gets to claim he is black when he is only half black.  Why does the media just accept that and never mention that he is half-white?

He will be crowned the heir-apparent to Martin Luther King (an actual black man) this week when he gives his acceptance speech.  No one will mention his white half.  Why not? Why shouldn’t he be proud of all of his heritage? Why are he and his wife only proud of their black heritage?  Oh, I forgot, Michelle has only just become proud to be an American.  Is she proud of her two partially white kids? So I guess we have to forget her and her two 25% white kids.  Might as well forget Barack’s half-brother (all-black) too.  He did. 

Why is racism is only a label given to republicans and Conservative Americans, never to Democrats-Socialists?  They get to decide what is racism and what is not.  They get to decide who can use the awful N-word and who cannot (no one should, not even the gangsta rappers).  They apparently now even get to decide who is black and who is not, who is black enough and who is not.  They even called Billy Bob Clinton the first black president.  I’m not sure he has any black heritage.  Hmmmm.

I don’t get it.

So Barack Hussein Obama, the most liberal senator in the US Senate, picks the third most liberal US Senator as a running mate…Joe Biden.  Mr. Joe “I stole part of my biography from someone else” Biden helps Obama secure the very far left wing of the Democrat-Socialist Party.  I thought he already had that secured?  What else does this guy do to help?  Mr. Joe “I’d like to introduce Barack Omerica” Biden only adds more liberal filling.  Twice the liberal filling we had before.  It’s like one of those extra thick Orea Cookies with twice the filling.  With this DNC Convention ticket, we get an oreo cookie!  We get  black and white (and that’s just Barack) and we get twice the dosage of fluffy liberal filling.  Yuck! We wind up with “Ebony & Ivory” or as Wierd Al called it, “All bony & Mahogany!”

It only goes to bolster our position at ConservativeAmerican.org that this party is no longer the Democratic party, rather the Democratic-Socialist party.  How much farther can this party go off the deep end?  Wait, I probably shouldn’t ask that.  It’s sort of like asking what else can go wrong only to find that something else does indeed go wrong. 

If these two can be exposed for who they are (an empty suit and a suit filled with lies), this will bolster John McCain’s chances of winning.  However, ConservativeAmerican.org is no fan of John McCain.  Our guess he is worried about the Biden pick taking away too many liberals.  Instead of going to the right for his pick (a good one would be Congressman Paul Ryan of Janesville, Wisconsin), he likely will look to the left and pick another DRINO (Democrat or Rebulican in-name-only) to “help” him with his win in the middle campaign. 

At this point, the best candidate for Conservative Americans is former Republican Congressman Bob Barr, now a Libertarian.  He likely has no chance of winning, but that is for another post.

The Party of Color?

The Democrat-Socialists have had the support of the African-American community forever. For decades, this party has preached the word that it is the home of the poor, the working class and the minorities, primarily blacks. They have told that lie for so long, they actually believe it.

They have help. The Democrat-Socialist Media have helped to spread this Gospel of Lies for years. We’ve all heard that blacks vote Democrat-Socialist and Republicans don’t care about minorities. Republicans, we are told, are the party of the old, grey-haired, rich and racist, white male. Conservative Americans must be even worse! Here’s one funny thing; many Republicans also believe the lies! They agree that they are indeed the party of the rich and the white. There may even be some who like it that way.

Conservative Americans do not believe the bull feces that the Democrat-Socialists care more about the poor, the workers, black people or any minority group. We’re smarter than the Drino’s (Democrats-in-name-only & Republicans-in-name-only) too, who tend to believe this nonsense.

Despite the fact that the HUGE majority of African-Americans continue to vote for the Democrat-Socialists year after year, that party does not, in fact, give two hoots about the fate of the African-American Minority. Let’s look at the facts…

A. WELFARE IS HURTING AFRICAN AMERICANS…Here’s a huge, tax-and-spend, government entitlement created by the Democrat-Socialists to “help” those in need. Perhaps good intentions created the idea for the program. Certainly voting for it made the Democrat-Socialists feel wonderful. It demonstrated to each one of them that they themselves cared so much about the poor. Look at the results though. This program has destroyed the African-American family make-up by creating Welfare families. The government tried to replace the traditional role of the father by stepping in with a huge “we’ll save you” bureaucracy only to find that it resulted in many thousands of single mother’s raising kids. They learned quickly that more kids meant more money. Generations of kids have grown up without fathers in the African-American community. Today, 70% of black children are born to a single-mother. Mothers taught their children (by example) to have babies to survive resulting in teen mothers having their second or third child out of wedlock. This happens to white families too, but the largest negative impact has been on the African-American population. The African-American hero, Bill Cosby, speaks about this frequently; black males not taking responsibility for the children they created

His new book, “Come on, People!” encourages minorities to stop seeing themselves as victims. That ‘revolution,’ he says, begins in the home. While Bill is likely still a Democrat, he is recognized as a hero by Conservative Americans who applaud his courage in speaking the truth. Here’s the dirty little secret: the Democrat-Socialists don’t care about blacks on welfare. They have stood by year after year watching the African-American family disappear. The important thing to them, the thing they DO care about is votes. The African-American vote stays with them because of a false belief that government’s role is to take care of them. They foster that belief and build upon it by offering new handouts. That’s what they care about; loyal voters. To them, the program is a success. A true Conservative American would want a situation where African-Americans could succeed, one where all minorities could grow up in strong families with solid Judeo-Christian values and a strong work ethic.
