This one frustrates me. The media continues to promote the lie that perhaps Palin simply is not qualified to be President. Nevermind the fact Barack Obama was elected with hardly two years of experience in the U.S. Senate. Presumed 2012 Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin continues to be portrayed as unqualified.

We have pointed out before the Palin is more qualified to be President today than a guy named Billy Bob Clinton was when he ran or some guy named Howard Dean was when he ran. No matter, the media will continue its double standard of portraying Palin, not Biden, as the dumb one and Obama, not Palin, as the qualified one.

It’s Valentine’s Day weekend and Bill Clinton has a pain in his heart…literally. He was rushed to the hospital with chest pains today and underwent surgery. He’s at New York City Hospital after having two stents implanted.

So who gave him his broken heart? There’s no word yet on what woman former President Clinton was with when the chest pains started.

Is President Obama fighting in court to keep his own activities a secret?

Judicial Watch does an excellent job keeping an eye on both political parties and what they are up to. The organization is pointing out the Obama administration argued in a recent court filing that the Privacy Act does not apply to the Executive Office of the President!

This court filing came in a Judicial Watch lawsuit filed in 1996 against the Clinton White House related to a scandal known as “Filegate,” where the Clinton White House obtained and maintained the private FBI files of hundreds of former Reagan and Bush officials [Alexander v. Federal Bureau of Investigation, Civil Action No. 96-2123/97-1288 (RCL)].

From Judicial Watch:

“In the Obama administration’s “Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment,” filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on September 17, the Obama Justice Department stated the following: “The White House is not an agency under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and it necessarily follows that it is not an agency subject to the Privacy Act.” However, the Privacy Act specifically lists the “Executive Office of the President” as an agency subject to the Act’s provisions.

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth had repeatedly rejected this same legal argument, most recently in 2008 when the court ruled against a government motion that would have dismissed the lawsuit: “…this court holds that under the Privacy Act, the word ‘agency’ includes the Executive Office of the President, just as the Privacy Act says.”

While the Obama administration continues to advance the legal and political argument that the White House and the FBI should not be held accountable for the Filegate scandal, former President Bill Clinton apparently disagrees. Clinton told historian Taylor Branch in preparation for a recently published book, “those files did not belong at The White House,” and that they “should have been isolated and returned immediately.” According to Branch, Clinton also said “[h]is administration should and would be held accountable.”

‘Exiled’ former President Billy Bob Clinton has “Negotiated” the release of two young female interns from Nokomon, just as we predicted. This has been the Nokomon (Kim Jong Il) plan since day one. The real question is what exactly was “Negotiated?” What did Bill Clinton have to give in return for the release of the two journalists?

We applaud, of course, the release of both Laura Ling and Euna Lee and we wish them speedy and safe travel home to their loved ones. And, yes, we know they are journalists not interns. It’s a joke aimed at Clinton, not the two women.

The Associated Democrat Press reports:

Clinton landed in the North Korean capital on Tuesday on a quiet mission to negotiate the freedom of the two women working for former Vice President Al Gore’s Current TV media venture. During his visit, he held rare talks with Kim — the reclusive North Korean leader’s first meeting with a prominent Western figure since reportedly suffering a stroke a year ago.

Key word: Negotiate. Will Al Gore reimburse the nation for the expense of the Clinton trip in order to release his employees?

As we noted earlier today, caving in to Nokomon is a big loss for the Obama Administration and its failed foreign policy toward the North Korean Dictator. Obama promised there would be tough consequences for North Korea’s behavior. Hillary Clinton promised the same (see our story from earlier today with links to each step in this saga so far).

So where are these tough consequences?

Instead, they get a friendly visit and flowers from the deported former President of the United States, Bill Clinton. Some punishment. Oh, and get this… Clinton apologized to the ruthless Nokomon! Part of the Obama Apology Tour?? Then…it gets better…he offered President Obama’s THANKSto the deranged leader who starves his own people!

So what Did Clinton REALLY offer in exchange for the women? (Why am I reminded of John Belushi asking, “How much for your daughter?” in the movie, The Blues Brothers?) AP reports Korean media said Clinton apologized on behalf of the women and relayed President Barack Obama’s gratitude!!!

Those are the tough consequences? You’re kidding, right? WE APOLOGIZED TO THEM. WE THANKED THEM. Gosh, Mr. Socialist President Obama sir, that sure is tough. This is nuts.

Right in the Fast Lane.

In the continuing saga of “The Adventures of Nokomon!”, President Obama is finally following through on his promise to have consequences for North Korea and its leader, “Nokomon.” The punishment is severe: He is sending them former President Billy Bob Clinton!! We have been Right about this story from day one and we have been Leading the way Right on this whole issue. Others need to pick up on our leadership here and spread the truth. Obama’s “mettle” has failed Biden’s promised test in North Korea.

For months both Obama and Mrs. Billy Bob Clinton have promised consequences though none has ever come. Finally, Obama has decided to deport the former President and exile him to North Korea. Bill Clinton jumped at the chance to meet with two American Journalist Intern Babes in the privacy of a North Korean prison cell. Hardly a surprise.

To date, the less-than-tough Obama administration has taken the following steps….wait for it….yep. Nothing. Fox News even ran a funny headline a while back…“Obama Silent on N. Korea!” Yeah, so…what else is new? That sounds like our headline from June 17th, “N. Korea-Nothing from Obama!”

Here’s the play by play of the Nokomon battle so far…

The game started when Hillary Clinton promised tough consequences for missile launching, there were none.

Obama sent his left wing blogger turned UN ambassador off to find some consequences as his next move. Then the cussing and spitting Susan Rice, UN Ambassador, failed to get the UN to do anything tough against Nokomon. Nokomon laughed in triumph.

President Obama threatened tough consequences if they conducted a nuclear weapons test and Nokomon hit the easy button and did it anyway. A bold move in the game, but one based on experience. Consequences? There were none.

We waited. The delay of game took place, but no penalty was called. A month later, May 24th, Still nothing. The big scary Hillary Clinton then cried wolf again, “Wolf! Consequences! Wolf!” Still nothing.

Nokomon’s turn. He kidnapped two American journalist babes and tossed them in prison! His move to push even harder was an easy one knowing no consequences would be coming. Fox News reported the scary consequences for that might be…“a good will gesture” from the U.S.!!!!

It turns out today that they were correct. The punishment for North Korea is a good will gesture from Obama…giving Nokomon the honor of meeting face to face, one on one with a former President of the United States. We could say, for example, that Obama “acted stupidly.”

You’ll remember that radical Susan Rice did finally get some so-called “sanctions” approved at the U.N. They had no teeth whatsoever but they gave the Obama administration some cover and allowed them to say they actually did “something.” The media actually praised Obamamon for this meaningless move. The media said he was “getting tough” (gag) for enforcing UN sanctions that were already in place and had no consequences in them!!! The sanctions were soooo scary, we actually “watched” one of their ships! How is that getting tough?

So today, Nokomon has won the first battle. He is being honored as a respected foreign leader, an equal to a President of the United States. Nokomon scores 100 points. Obamamon 0. As we have noted, Nokomon has positioned himself so far ahead of where he was on the board, that the U.S. eventually would cave. And cave Obama did. Big Time.

Obama asked Nokomon what he wanted to make all of this go away. Obama then gave Nokomon what he wanted, as we predicted on July 4th, in return for Nokomon going back three or four spaces on the board. North Korea has won its “cold war” with the U.S. We even predicted that perhaps Nokomon would be letting the journalists go…his plan all along. Watch for that news yet this week. Nokomon has won, as we predicted, no matter what. Nokomon still will be ahead of where he was have successfully played President obama for a fool.

Obama’s Pro-Death Secretary of Abortion and inHuman Services, Kathleen Sebelius, just can’t seem to understand why people are upset about socialist health care in the United States. After all, she gets to keep her federal employee health plan and she’ll get good coverage! It’s just the rest of us who get screwed. One person at her town hall meeting let her have it…

I like that guy’s spirit! Yes, it should have to be a cold day in Hell before Obama can “socialize” our country!
