We’re told the ObamaCare Nightmare may end this week. Some White House sources have told reporters the debate will NOT continue into April. THey seem to be saying this deadline is real because they don’t want to be discussing it as the November election grows closer.
So Doomsday is coming, but for which side? We hope and pray the American people will win and that democrats won’t use parliamentary tricks to pass something the people are against. Many of them seem willing however, the sacrifice themselves for the sake of socialist health care.
So, will the Progressive-Socialists who have taken over the Democrat party “Win” in their effort to nationalize health care? Will they spell hand Americans, Conservatives and Republicans a doomsday bill? Or are they short of the votes they need? Americans want the nails put into the ObamaCare coffin once and for all.
If Democrats proceed, there could be some tough prices to pay. Americans have a long history of solving problems with the voting booth. If a party does something outrageous, we kick them out next election. That may happen again this year too. But how far can Americans be pushed before some choose not to wait for elections? Don’t get me wrong. I’m not suggesting or endorsing any other course of action. I am just wondering how far the Progressive-Socialists can push Americans before we see tea parties turn into riots? Peaceful demonstrations changing to violent confrontations?
Democrats voting this week should (they may not though) ask themselves, if this vote is worth that possible outcome.

The GOP seems poised to retake the U.S. House in November. However, nothing should be taken for granted. Can the GOP also take the U.S. Senate? Perhaps it is time for another 1994-style Contract with America. It would need to be simple, memorable, and resonate with Conservative Americans and Tea Partiers. Below you’ll find my suggestion.
The 2010 Conservative American Contract With America
Trade wind for nuclear power! Let the private sector figure out if wind and solar energy can be profitable. Get the government out of the way so more nuclear power plants and clean-coal power plants can be built all around the nation right now!
Trade solar for clean coal! Offer incentives to construct these new power plants so they can supply the energy needed for a strong economy.
Drill Baby, Drill! Drill here. Drill now. Right now. And Drill any government agency or special interest group that tries to get in the way. Offshore drilling approved now so we can harvest oil off our shores instead of watching as the Mexican and Chinese governments do it!
That’s it. A simple three-step plan to economic recovery and to restoring America’s greatness! This is what Conservative Republicans should run on and promise to accomplish if given control of the chambers. If the President vetoes the items, Republicans must ask for control of the White House in 2012 and offer a Conservative Republican candidate who will make it happen.
Share this plan with your friends, email it, facebook it, twitter it,… let’s bring this country back to a position of economic strength. We can do it!
The point here is to offer a SIMPLE, understandable and honest plan Americans will support. No 2,700 page plan of bull to save the health of the nation! Just simple Conservative American values in action. Remember, more than 40% of Americans consider themselves Conservatives.
Details. Sure, we can provide details. The marketing message must be simple however. For those who want the details, they should be provided online. Details under reducing taxes, for example, can also include agreement to reduce the size of government…specific ideas for entire departments that can be eliminated or privatized. Time for D.C. to tighten its belt!
Why not be bold (Americans might faint if the GOP actually tried it) and end the practice of unionizing government workers? Why let the Progressive-Socialist-Democrats (and yes, we should CALL THEM THAT) get away with institutionalizing their political party? Why allow them to make themselves the Official State Religion? My plan, the Political Donations Choice Act (also not 2,700 pages) can be found here. America needs to stop and think about things like this. The Progressive-Socialist-Democrats have managed to use tax dollars to create bigger and more powerful labor unions which give money only to them. They use tax dollars to fund their own political agenda. Your tax dollars pay the government workers. Some of those wages go to the union. Most of those dues go to the Progressive-Socialist-Democrats. That’s why I call them the Offiical State Religion. It’s just not right, but they do it anyway. Time for all of that to stop. My plan would do just that.

This week the President started out on yet another cross-country campaign tour promoting his Washington takeover of health care. President Obama’s main theme so far has been the outrageous profits of the insurance companies and how his plan is going to keep them under control and protect patients against their abusive practices. Like much of the health care debate, though, President Obama seems to be speaking out of both sides of his mouth.
President Obama’s health care plan would actually provide a massive bailout to the insurance industry, a total of $336 billion in government subsidies for private health insurance, while requiring every American to buy their product. This is a backdoor way of paying off the big insurance companies.
And there’s more. In addition to the subsidies, the government would use its powerful collection agency, the Internal Revenue Service, to make sure that every individual complies with the mandate to buy expensive private insurance. Yet President Obama insists on promoting himself as America’s protector against the insurance industry.
How gullible does he think we are? No wonder President Obama has a major credibility problem.
Call your Congressman today to stop this destructive bill from becoming law. We need to start from scratch with an honest discussion on how to reform health care.
What do Americans get in exchange for this major bailout of insurance companies? Over a trillion dollars in new taxes and fines levied on individuals and businesses, another half-trillion dollars of Medicare cuts and a broken promise from the president that you can keep the plan you have right now if you like it.
Another artificial deadline set by the President is approaching – March 18th – and it’s critical that we make our voices heard to prevent this insurance company bailout from taking place. Call your Congressman today!

The president was at it again today, ignoring the will of the people and insisting on shoving his health care plan down the throats of the American public. In his latest plea, President Obama called for an “up or down” vote on his plan, claiming all the best ideas from both sides of the aisle have been incorporated and that the debate is now over.
In reality, the president’s plan is essentially the Senate-passed bill with a few minor tweaks to appease House Democrats. Right now the only bipartisan agreement that exists on health care is opposition to the current plan. Someone should tell the president you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.
As for an “up or down vote” — well, that’s just a cynical euphemism that the president is using to describe a parliamentary trick known as reconciliation that numerous Democratic senators (including then-Senator Obama) denounced only a few years ago as an “arrogant power grab against the Founders’ intent.”
Call your Congressman now and tell them to oppose this arrogant power grab!
Both as a candidate and as president, Barack Obama has acknowledged the necessity of gathering 60 votes to pass major legislation, specifically condemning the 50-plus-1 strategy of governing.
Ultimately, though, the president’s push for reconciliation is a distraction from the bigger picture. Before the Senate can act, the House must first pass the Senate’s bill exactly as it was passed on Christmas Eve, with all its pork-barrel deals for Nebraska, Louisiana, Connecticut and others. With everything the American people have already made clear they hate.
We can stop this government takeover of health care and all it’s cynical Washington politics in one fell swoop by stopping the House from passing the Senate health care bill. Call your Congressman now and tell them we need to start over and get health care right.

President Barack Hugo Obama is determined to pass the first step toward a single-payer, government-run health care system. He doesn’t care what the consequences will be. Today he unveils a “plan” that includes some moves toward Republican ideas. The move has nothing to do with actually approving those Republican ideas as the GOP wants them. With Obama, it’s all about perception.
The President’s move today is more about being able to say he tried so darn hard to work with those no-saying Republicans, but they just kept shouting (“You Lie!”) at him. Those uncooperative rascals!
This “plan” is designed to accomplish only one thing; to give the Socialist-Democrats something to say (Gosh we tried to so dang hard…bla, bla, bla) to help their reelection chances in November.
Republican Rick Perry’s win yesterday reminds us all of that Texan resolve and determination. You know, the old “Remember the Alamo!” determination. Well, maybe it’s time for Conservative Americans to have that same kind of resolve. The kind that will last all the way until the November elections.
I’m not sure “Remember the Health Care Vote!” rings out like the Alamo line. Perhaps we can come up with something better before November. But remember, we must.
