51. Obama Terrorist Scandal #1 -Bill Ayers - 3 times before the cock crows, Obama denies having a “relationship” with Bill Ayers. Obama started his political career in Ayers’ home & served on a foundation’s education board with Ayers. Ayers is a home-grown terrorist & founder of the Weather Underground which bombed the pentagon & a judge’s home. His terrorist wife also used to work with Michelle Obama. However, Obama maintains Terrorist Ayers is “just a guy in my neighborhood.” UPDATE 6/19/9: And This from World Net Daily.
52. Obama Terrorist Scandal #2- Rashid Khalidi - Another terrorist friend, Khalidi was an advisor to the PLO. Obama dined with him, served on a board with him, and Khalidi held fundraisers for Obama. Jesse Jackson Sr. promised one audience that the Jewish influence on American foreign policy would soon come to an end with an Obama victory.
53. Franklin Raines Obama Scandal - This former chairman & CEO of Fannie Mae (the ones who got us into the housing mess) was an advisor to Obama on mortgage and housing issues during the campaign. McCain ads pointed out the foolishness of Obama picking Raines.

Obama’s “Lies About My Father” 6/22/2008 From Obama What’s The Facts: “In a 2002 anti-war speech, Obama told the audience, “My grandfather signed up for a war the day after Pearl Harbor was bombed, fought in Patton’s army. He saw the dead and dying across the fields of Europe; he heard the stories of fellow troops who first entered Auschwitz and Treblinka. 64. Obama Flip Flop on Gay Marriage 7/1/8 - The Sacramento Bee newspaper: “Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, who previously said the issue of gay marriage should be left up to each state, has announced his opposition to a California ballot measure that would ban same-sex marriages.”
65. Obama’s Family Scandal # 1-Broken Promise to Kenya -7/02/08 Evening Standard: Obama promised help for a school in his grandmother’s village but has not given any. “I have said I will assist the school and I will”…although Obama did not say “financial”, “there was no doubt among us [teachers] that is what he meant. We interpreted his words as meaning he would help fund the school, either personally or by raising sponsors or both.” She added 10 of the students are Obama’s relatives…While Obama had a new Rezko house, he let his own grandmother down. Sarah Obama confidently told reporters before his visit: “When he comes down here, he will change the face of the school and, believe me, our poverty in Kogelo will be a thing of the past.” She lives in a “small brick house with no running water, a tin roof and roving chickens.”

Obama’s Lie About His Support of Late Term Abortions and Partial-Birth Abortions 7/5/8 OnTheIssues.org correctly notes, “In 1997, Obama voted in the Illinois Senate against SB 230, a bill designed to prevent partial-birth abortions. In the US Senate, Obama has consistently voted to expand embryonic stem cell research. He has voted against requiring minors who get out-of-state abortions to notify their parents. The National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL) gives Obama a 100% score on his pro-choice voting record in the Senate for 2005, 2006, and 2007.” Democrats have continued to claim he never supported partial birth abortion, but that is not accurate. Even Obama’s own “Organizing for America” website admits he voted against a bill that would have prevented partial birth abortions in Illinois: “”There was a bill that came up in Illinois that was called the ‘Born Alive’ bill that purported to require life-saving treatment to such infants. And I did vote against that bill,” Obama said Tuesday. “The reason was that there was already a law in place in Illinois that said that you always have to supply life-saving treatment to any infant under any circumstances, and this bill actually was designed to overturn Roe v. Wade, so I didn’t think it was going to pass constitutional muster.”" A good story, but a story that Jill Stanek and Obama Banking Committee Lie - 07/25/2008 Newsbusters reports Obama said: “We passed out of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee, which is my committee, a bill to call for divestment from Iran.” The problem? Obama was not on the US Senate Banking Committee!
67. Obama’s Historic Lie that Inflating Your Tires Would Mean No Need for Offshore Drilling!! 7/30/2008 In a campaign stop, Barack Obama made the claim that properly inflating tires would save just as much energy as the nation would get by drilling offshore. Many news outlets debunk the silly claim.
    
68. Obama Flip Flops on Off-Shore Drilling 8/3/8 CNN: “Sen. Barack Obama responded Saturday to criticism that he has changed his position on opposing offshore oil drilling. Obama said Friday that he would be willing to compromise on his position against offshore oil drilling if it were part of a more overarching strategy to lower energy costs…”When I’m president, I intend to keep in place the moratorium here in Florida and around the country that prevents oil companies from drilling off Florida’s coasts,” Obama told reporters in Jacksonville in late June.

Fox News reports ““Biden referred to John McCain as “George” during his vice presidential acceptance speech on Aug. 27, 2008, at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Co. “Freudian slip, folks, Freudian slip,” he explained.”

Obama Family Scandal #2 - 08/28/2008 While preaching at his acceptance speech about looking out for your brother, Obama leaves his own half-brother to live in a hut in Africa. “Change we can believe in” apparently is in the family values category. UPDATE 9/15/9 Despite lecturing America on taking care of your brother, Obama still has not helped his own family in Kenya. Rush Limbaugh hints on his show today that HE might send money to the poor village in Kenya where Obama’s family lives, since Obama won’t.

Fox News reports “Biden mistakenly referred to Alaska governor Sarah Palin as the “lieutenant governor” of her state during a town hall meeting…at George Mason University in Manassas, Va. “I heard a very, by the way I mean this sincerely, a very strong and a very good political speech from a lieutenant governor of Alaska who I think is going to be very formidable, very formidable not only in the campaign but in the debate,” Biden said.”

Obama Campaign Tosses American Flags in the Trash! 9/6/2008 Fox News: “John McCain’s campaign prepared to accuse Democrats Saturday of leaving behind 12,000 miniature American flags after Barack Obama’s nomination acceptance speech last Thursday in Denver. Boy Scouts have arrived with 84 trash bags full of bundles of flags at the site of a McCain rally scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. local time in Colorado Springs. The campaign says the flags were recovered from Invesco Field after the Democrats concluded their convention there, and they are going to be used as part of the warm-up ceremonies before McCain takes the stage for the rally. FOX News has been told a vendor at Invesco Field found the flags, which were going to be thrown out, and turned them over to the McCain campaign.Veterans in Colorado Springs are expected to distribute the flags to the audience at the rally.”
75. Obama Gaffe: Calls Himself Muslim - 9/7/2008 Time Magazine: “What I was suggesting — you’re absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith…” — Obama on ABC’s This Week. Two months before the election, Obama discussed with George Stephanopoulos the false rumors that he is a Muslim and addressed the fact that John McCain had denied spreading the rumors. Obama is (and was) a Christian. Stephanopoulos jumped in to correct him, and the candidate quickly clarified. Obama is not a Muslim.
76. Penalty called on Obama - Unsportsman-like conduct 9/9/2008 Barack Obama was off script campaigning yesterday when he took a jab at Sarah Palin. Palin had earlier made the joke that the only difference between a pit bull and a hockey mom like her was lipstick. It sure sounds like he calls Sarah Palin a pig in this video…

Fox News reports at a town hall meeting in Nashua, N.H., Biden said, “Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America. Quite frankly, it might have been a better pick than me.” - Quite frankly, it would have been.
78. VP Candidate Biden Wheelchair Gaffe- 9/12/08 - Another Gaffe for Joe Biden. Fox News reports during a “speech in Columbia, Mo., Biden called for Missouri State Sen. Chuck Graham, who is wheelchair-bound, to “stand up.” “Oh, God love ya,” Biden said, after realizing his mistake. “What am I talking about?“- None of us is ever sure, Mr. Biden.

Obama Wrong on Savings Rate 9/14/2008 From Obama What’s The Facts: “Here’s another one not to be too alarmed about: Obama is flat-out wrong when he frets on his campaign Web site that “the personal savings rate is now the lowest it’s been since the Great Depression.” The latest rate, for the second quarter of 2008, is 2.6 percent — higher than the 1.9 percent rate that prevailed in the last quarter of Bill Clinton’s presidency.”

Candidate Obama Tries to Delay Troop Withdrawal from Iraq! - 09/16/2008 New York POST: Campaigning…for a speedy withdrawal of US troops,…Obama tried in private to persuade Iraqi leaders to delay an agreement on a draw-down of the American military presence. Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari says Obama demanded a delay in July, 2008. “He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington.” Obama insisted Congress should be involved in negotiations on the status of US troops - and that it was in the interests of both sides not to have an agreement negotiated by the Bush administration in its “state of weakness and political confusion.” Though Obama claims the US presence is “illegal,” he suddenly remembered that Americans troops were in Iraq within the legal framework of a UN mandate. His advice was that, rather than reach an accord with the “weakened Bush administration,” Iraq should seek an extension of the UN mandate. Obama has made many contradictory statements with regard to Iraq. His latest position is that US combat troops should be out by 2010. Yet his effort to delay an agreement would make that withdrawal deadline impossible to meet.

Roosevelt got on the television and didn’t just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, ‘Look, here’s what happened,” he said. Herbert Hoover — not Roosevelt — was president in 1929.

October, 2008 - Fox News: “The too-much-truth syndrome predates Obama’s inauguration. — Biden stirred trouble in October when he told fundraising audiences that Obama, if elected, would face a “generated crisis” to “test the mettle of this guy.” Obama clarified that any president would face challenges, and tried to dismiss Biden’s dire prediction as one of his trademark “rhetorical flourishes.” Since taking office, Obama has faced a slew of international crises, though it may be unfair to say they were all “generated” to test Obama.

Obama’s “National Security Force” Could Lead to Marxism or Worse! 11/11/08 - FOX NEWS:”A Republican congressman from Georgia said Monday he fears that President-elect Obama will establish a Gestapo-like security force to impose a Marxist or fascist dictatorship. “It may sound a bit crazy and off base, but the thing is, he’s the one who proposed this national security force,” Rep. Paul Broun said of Obama in an interview Monday with The Associated Press. “I’m just trying to bring attention to the fact that we may — may not, I hope not — but we may have a problem with that type of philosophy of radical socialism or Marxism.” Broun cited a July speech by Obama that has circulated on the Internet in which the then-Democratic presidential candidate called for a civilian force to take some of the national security burden off the military. “That’s exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany and it’s exactly what the Soviet Union did,” Broun said. “When he’s proposing to have a national security force that’s answering to him, that is as strong as the U.S. military, he’s showing me signs of being Marxist.”

Could have happened to anyone? Hmmm. He failed to pay social security and medicaid taxes for years and didn’t notice that a housekeeper he employed on the side wasn’t here legally. Obama Gun Rights Flip Flop # 1 - 1st Obama: ‘I have no intention of taking away folks’ guns.’ 2nd Obama: supports the D.C. handgun ban, saying it is constitutional. “We can have a reasonable, thoughtful gun control measure that I think respects the Second Amendment and people’s traditions.” Update 3/4/9: Obama’s AG Eric Holder has tried to link the Mexican drug-war to U.S. gun sales and go after “assault weapons.”
96. Obama Birth Certificate Controversy - Some believe he was born in Kenya, not the USA. That would, of course, make him ineligible to be President. There are many (including me) who do not believe this story is true. Others believe it firmly. Still, why can’t any of the hot shot reporters find out once and for all? UPDATE 7/28/9 Fox News: “State officials in Hawaii on Monday said they have once again checked and confirmed that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen, and therefore meets a key constitutional requirement for being president. They hoped to stem a recent surge in the number of inquiries about Obama’s birthplace. “I … have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen,” Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said in a brief statement. “I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”

Obama Flip-Flop on Leaving Troops in Iraq- 12/2008 The Audacity of Hypocrisy reports: “On July 28th, (2004) the day after his speech at the Democratic convention catapulted him into the national spotlight, Barack Obama told a group of reporters in Boston that the United States had an “absolute obligation” to remain in Iraq long enough to make it a success.” - “The failure of the Iraqi state would be a disaster,” he said at a lunch sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor, according to an audiotape of the session. “It would dishonor the 900-plus men and women who have already died. . . . It would be a betrayal of the promise that we made to the Iraqi people, and it would be hugely destabilizing from a national security perspective.” In late winter, 2008, on the campaign trail, Obama says he wants to bring the troops home yesterday — you decide — was he lying then or is he lying now?
98. Obama Senate Seat Scandal # 1 Blagojevich Sells Seat - 12/2008 Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojeich, elected with help from US Senator Barack Obama who said Blago ran “a sound administration”, is arrested for trying to sell Obama’s vacant US Senate seat to the highest bidder. For weeks, Obama basically has no comment. Just before Christmas he announces his staff did nothing improper. Both Obama & Blago also have ties to Tony Rezko.

Obama Appointment Scandal # 2 Susan Rice -12/1/2008 Susan Rice, nominated for UN Ambassador, wants US troops to attack the Sudanese military, to join UN forces on the ground in Darfur, and to enforce a no fly zone over Darfur. Rice is too immature and dangerous to be placed in such a position of authority by Obama, who demonstrates time and time again he is a VERY poor judge of character. Rice is a far left blogger who calls conservatives “hacks” and says she “cussed & spat” when George W. Bush spoke of Iraq. She actually believes George Bush deliberately decided not to protect from terrorists, states which voted democrat! UPDATE: Rice was approved with support from wimpy republicans.
100. Obama Speechwriter Caught Groping Hillary Clinton! Lack of Class on Display. - 12/5/8 The L.A. Times: “It might have seemed funny during the party. But a photo has surfaced in recent hours of President-elect Barack Obama’s newly-designated chief speechwriter, Jon Favreau, groping a cardboard cutout of the administration’s newly-designated secretary of State, Hillary Clinton…The shot of the 27-year-old writer with his hand on the 60-year-old cardboard senator’s breast reportedly appeared for about two hours on a Facebook page…before disappearing, along with numerous other Favreau pictures, including one of him dancing with the cardboard female secretary-designate. An Obama spokesman says Favreau has apologized to the former first lady, who gave Obama a run for his massive piles of money during the Democratic primaries. The transition official said Favreau has “reached out to Sen. Clinton to offer an apology.” - He should be fired.
