Dems Mad About Iraq

President Obama said he’d get our troops out Now. He promised to have a meeting with top advisers day one to figure out how to do it. Oops. He broke that promise. Then President Obama said he’d get our troops out quickly. Nope. Then he said they’d come out in an orderly fashion. Then he said 16-months and they’d all be out. Come to find out that wasn’t true either. He only meant he’d take troops actively involved in combat in certain areas on Tuesday afternoons out. We have to leave a “residual” force, we are told now. That force could be 50,000 troops strong and CodePink, MoveOn.org and top Dems are royally pissed off about this one! The Pink-PanTers actually believed him when he said he would get the troops out of Iraq and end the war. Leading the way Right, we wrote about this a month ago. Funny the dems are just getting around to reading our post! Obama even floated trial balloons of leaving most troops 19 or 23 months. He wound up going with the 19-month figure. Does anyone think he will live up to that? Did the anti-war left know they were electing a guy who actually likes troop surges (even though he said they don’t work)? He has his own troop surge now and his own war going on in Afghanistan. I needed a good laugh today and this is it. It is funny watching the democrat socialists actually pretend to be surprised when the extremist Barack Obama does not live up to his word. When has he ever?
