There’s still time, I know, but is the GOP really going to put John McCain III up against whoever the democrat nominee is in 2016?
Gov. Chris Christie said the problem with Washington, D.C. is that the two sides don’t talk to each other, “at least not nicely.” He says there are no trusting relationships being built to make things happen. So now, I guess he’s Rodney King, “Can’t we all just get along?”
There is so much wrong with this, it’s hard to know where to start. We tried that middle of the road crap with Johny MaverDick McCain. Check my notes, but I think we lost that election. We tried again with Mitt Romney and,… yes, it says here we lost that one too. So the strategy this time is to put up a middle of the road Gov. Christie because he can speak nicely about democrats?
Remember Einstein said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
Does Gov. Chrristie actually believe that if he wins and plays nice with the democrat party that it will, in turn, play nicely with him? I don’t think he can really believe such a stupid notion.
Another thing, why does the GOP always accept the democrat definition of working with the other side, of “compromise?” To the union-socialist-democrat, compromise means when we win, we still have to give them some of what they want — but if THEY win, that is because the people have spoken and they are not supposed to have to compromise (Obamacare, continuing budget resolutions, raising the debt limit) with republicans and they certainly are not supposed to give them ANY of what they want.
Hey Gov. Christie, these are not folks you can trust. Have you noticed how the current President lies constantly just to get what he wants? What makes you think they won’t lie to you as well?!
