Now Sen. Johnson Wants to Support a Plan Doomed to fail?!

It seems the Republican Party is (again) flip-flopping on the Ted Cruz strategy.  I wish the RNC could make up its mind what the republican message is here.

Ron Johnson is a Conservative American, a tea party member, and can’t stand Obamacare.  Almost always he is on the right side of things and I would easily support his re-election.  I do have a beef with him the last few weeks though.

He, and almost every other republican in Washington, claimed they refused to go along with the plan to defund or delay Obamacare because it was doomed to fail.  Ron Johnson said he didn’t support it because it never had a chance.   These GOP leaders let Conservative American Ted Cruz stand by himself.

As we pointed out October 17th…

“GOP THINKING: If Cruz knew the defunding Obamacare effort would never work, then why even try it?

GOP FLIP-FLOP: Because we know the Obamacare law will never work,we should go ahead and try it!

Huh?! Hypocrisy is no way to lead.”

More of this same thinking was put forward by Ron Johnson today.  He is proposing a new “If you like your plan, you can keep it” bill in the Senate to force Obama to live up to his promise.  I love that idea!  Why not make the President eat his words on this one?

We all know that in Harry Reid’s senate, this Ron Johnson bill does not have a chance and is doomed to fail.  I think you see the hypocrisy here.  Why is Johnson supporting this doomed effort but publicly abandoned Ted Cruz in his efforts?

Anyone know where RNC Chair Reince Priebus is?
