Barack Obama told us not to vote for John McCain because he would equate to a third term for George W. Bush. Turns out Barack Obama is offering a 3rd Bush term himself.  More and more of the same.  So much for change you can believe in.  So much for any change at all!

Fox News says Obama will keep most of the 250 Bush political appointees to the Pentagon.  They’ll be working under Robert Gates, who Obama also is keeping at the Defense department.  From Fox: “the fact that Obama agreed to allow most of the Pentagon appointees to remain — is “unprecedented.” The request was first reported by The Washington Times.”

Fully 150 of the 250 have been asked to stay on.
