There is supposedly a “certificate of live birth” in Hawaii. This is not an official birth certificate. Just says that he was born. Obama went to Hawaii to visit his sick grandmother, and then two days later, the governor of Hawaii announced that his birth certificate was being sealed in a state vault. Interesting timing.

(Frank Marshall Davis, his hangabout friend, Saul Alinsky, the mentor of the whole Acorn thing, book dedication to Satan, SirhanSirhan(Kennedy assassin) on the list of people the book was dedicated to (Rules for Radicals)). I think this has been proven, anyway pls. check and list it.
Also: Michelle’s salary increases and jobs. at the hospital corp.
How about his speechwriter “groping” Hillary cutout?
How about his “seal” on the campaign which imitated the Seal of the President but said “Nos Possumous” or something. A picture is still out there somewhere on the web. This might be a copyright infringement.
And while it’s not a “scandal” I really hate that he tried to USE the Brandenberg Gates to give his European speech. Those gates celebrate the end of the Great War. It was a crazy Hitleresque idea to appropriate the history of all Europe to his political gain. I will never forget that one.
This man is intending to turn this country into a communist style third world nation and now they are putting Lincoln’s fav foods on the menu at his inaug. BARF !

You make a common mistake that the words “conservative” and “republican” mean the same thing. Please read our post on what a conservative believes. It’s hilarious how all of the sudden conservatives didn’t support Walker Bush. We elected him. We put our prejudices before what was best for this country. The main problem with the republican party is that it’s being overtaken by conservatives. We need a republican party that is more inclusive and pragmatic. No, we do not need to let go of our ideals and morals… but we really need to stop supporting ignorant idea-logs like Limbaugh, Palin, and Hannity. If we don’t do this, we will never have the White House again and our party will become extinct along with our ideals.

All I can say is that I hope our once great country has enough of a solid foundation to survive this holocaust that has been thrust upon us but the liberal left. We all need to fight and speak long and loud about this BS. We are Americans and we can not stand for this. We all know what will happen if we sit on our butts and do nothing. It happened. Now stand up and fight to get this idiot out of the whitehouse and he can take all of his croneys from the congress and senate with him. We are on the verge of complete and utter annialation. The American way is life will soon be a memory( fond one for some and bitter one for others). If you believe in America you need to stop sitting on the sidelines hoping someone else will make the big play. We need to work as a team to fix this mess.
Please talk to everyone you know. We will fix this but only together.

How about the Global Warming scandal that has been thrust down our throat for years. While it may be true that mankind does affect the climate of the earth, what is not true is the extremist views of the Al Goreites that we are all gonna die soon. If you look over the historical data you will find that the global temperature is tied into solar activity not CO2. In fact CO2 is historically linked to a rising temperature (AKA when things heat up then the CO2 goes up). And please don’t forget that plants do not see CO2 as a polutant, to them it is as valuable as Oxygen is to us.
Ohh and if you made it this far, you should look up a paper be Livingston and Penn on solar activity, according to their research the sun may well be going dormant within the next few years and we have yet to see an increase in solar activity in Solar Cycle 24 (been very quiet up there for a year and a half, hmm last couple winters have been very cold too at least for most of us)

We lost the presidential election because the parties base, conservatives if you don’t know, sat home in record numbers. We do NOT need anymore RINO’s in the party, we need solid conservative Republicans with solid Conservative Values if we want to regain contol.
Right now the GOP is nothing more than DemLite. You do realize that all Obama picks for different positions included in these scandals were given the nod because of the current no-backbone GOP?
I hope you also realize the stimulus package (or as I call it Socialist Bankrupt America Act of 2009) will now pass without objection in the Senate because 3 RINO’s have broke ranks and are supporting it?
The last thing we need in the GOP or for the country is more Dems dressing in Republican suits; unless you believe having a one party country is good for the nation.

Thanks, Peter. If the National Review Online seriously considers those teenage visits to be “Leftist revolutionary collaboration,” then the National Review Online has serious credibility problems. All available evidence indicates the visits were neither revolutionary nor collaboration, although Davis was Leftist.
But the other question is less subjective. If the U.S. State Department considers the Hawaii COLB sufficient evidence of citizenship, then demands for the vault copy are without merit and may be reasonably dismissed as frivolous.

Regarding the birth certificate: The State Department considers the Hawaii Certificate of Birth to be proof of U.S. citizenship. The certificate has all the elements the State Department requires for proving citizenship to obtain a U.S. passport: “your full name, the full name of your parent(s), date and place of birth, sex, date the birth record was filed, and the seal or other certification of the official custodian of such records.” The names, date and place of birth, and filing date are all evident on the scanned version, and you can see the seal above.
The document is a “certification of birth,” also known as a short-form birth certificate. The long form is drawn up by the hospital and includes additional information such as birth weight and parents’ hometowns. The short form is printed by the state and draws from a database with fewer details. The Hawaii Department of Health’s birth record request form does not give the option to request a photocopy of your long-form birth certificate, but their short form has enough information to be acceptable to the State Department. We tried to ask the Hawaii DOH why they only offer the short form, among other questions, but they have not given a response.

I just wish that someone could tell me what about Obama instills optimism, hope and faith in a leadership that we can believe in! Many of his supporters are quick to say they voted for him but unable to produce a solid answer when asked, “why?” They can say “charisma” or just the simple “he’s not Bush” but, no solid answers do I get from anyone that I know that voted for him and yet, they refuse to say that he’s done anything wrong since taking office!
I feel like I’m in a bad episode of the “Twilight Zone”!

I’m a solid Bush supporter but have always been willing to admit what he did wrong, as did he. Thankfully, his wrong-doing’s weren’t constant breaking news all day, every day! I wonder if the heart attack rate has jumped!!??

I think the The “SECRET” Gasoline Tax embedded into the new Omnibus Pork should be added to this list. Along with this fine bill providing billions to control the smell of hogs and produce blueberries in Maine, the secret gas tax in there would allow for up to a $2 tax increase per gallon of gas. “Your President” says he would only tax the wealthy and cut taxes for 95% of Americans…last time I checked even the poor had to put gas in their cars!

Anyone who says Obama hasn’t done anything wrong since his inauguration is a fool, incapable of critical thinking. Obama has done many things in the past few weeks. Even his strongest supporters do not agree with everything he has done.
I personally disagree with his “state secrets” and rendition decisions, along with apparently granting torturers a free pass, which cast doubt on his commitment to human rights.

The State Department will issue a Passport to any US CITIZEN….even those who are not Natural Born Citizens.
If the Passport Regulation and the Presidency requirement were the same…then a Passport would be good enough. But they are not.
Everyone knows that Hawaii did some weird stuff back in those days like issuing a Certificate of Birth to individuals who were not born in Hawaii.
This is not difficult. Either he has the proper credentials or he does not.
Make the Vault Copy public and this issue will go away….
it is that simple….so one has to ask…why won’t he?

True. But the State Department considers the Hawaii certificate to be prima facie proof of birth in Hawaii, which goes beyond mere proof of citizenship. Consequently, it constitutes legally sufficient credentials (“proper credentials”). The President is under no obligation to satisfy idle curiosity once he has satisfied legal requirements. Sorry.

BTW: Back to so-called scandal #1, “Frank Marshall Davis Obama Scandal”: I believe a scandal requires wrongdoing. I still want to know what sort of wrongdoing was involved in Obama’s teenage association with Davis. It seems this scandal list starts out with much ado about nothing. I would not be surprised if the other “scandals” proved just as illusory.

not a verification of WHERE that birth took place.
Again, it is the Constitution that requires the President to be a Natural Born citizen…not idle curiousity.
And for a man who ran on this platform of transparency, honesty in government and all the other ideals he spouted…..providing the Vault Copy should be something he would be proud to do.
But since the last 50+ days have proven nothing but symbolism over substance…I am not surprised.
How interesting that your posts seem to ignore blatant broken promises and only focus in on the one or two items on this VAST list.

You have not explained how his association with Frank Marshall Davis, specifically, is “scandalous.” You posted that he “learned from his mentor Davis,” but did not speculate as to what he learned from Davis. Neither Obama’s book, nor expert testimony, suggest any political indoctrination.

It is my understanding that the Vault Copy would clear this up one way or the other. Anyone can “copy and paste” and produce any “document” they want to be displayed on the Internet.
It is obvious that you want to pick and choose which “items” you want to disagree with. I am not going to argue with someone whose only agenda is to “nic pick” an item or two and clearly does not care about the blatant lies, misrepresenations and deceitful actions of our President.

Chris Dodd is proud that he wrote it. In it there’s a specific date. Bonuses and contracts must be honored if they were signed before this date. These contracts were signed long before that date.”
This is a quote from Glenn Beck’s show. What amazes me is that Obama’s people are running around like these bonuses are a “new revelation”… Dodd is the one that “slid” the language in the Stimulus package to protect the bonuses (you know…the bill that was passed without being read) .

Seems the “evil” Bush Administration had put the safeguards needed in place to prevent these kinds of bonuses from happening at AIG and the “ever transparent” Chris Dodd had those safeguards removed with language he “slipped” into the Stimulus Bill.
Oddly enough Chris Dodd was the major benefactor of AIG political contributions from 2000- 2008 at a record $225,000+. go figure…..

Republicans (since Ronald Reagan) have not done what they should have to protect this great nation from financial destruction. Democrats (in my generatinon) have done nothing to but buy the vote to insure their power (without any regard to the affect on our nation).

He was not born in Kenya. He was born in the US. This has been well established. I think that bringing up such silly red herrings hurts the conservative cause by making conservatives look silly and petty. There must be some real issues regarding his policies we could focus on.
